A Maintenance-Free Landing Page Engineered for Zero Recurring Cost

17Sigma needed a digital calling card that loaded instantly, stayed up reliably, and didn't add a recurring platform bill. The build was designed in Webflow, then exported as static code and deployed to serverless hosting — keeping costs limited to the domain itself.

About

17Sigma

17Sigma is a boutique professional services practice. The site is positioned as a digital calling card rather than a content platform, with editorial updates managed periodically.

Challenge

A landing page that had to read as authoritative and contemporary, but without the recurring platform costs that come with a hosted CMS. The practice didn't need a Webflow editor seat, a WordPress install, or any ongoing database — it needed a fast, static page that would simply work, indefinitely, with the lowest possible operating overhead.

Services

  • Webflow design and front-end development
  • Responsive layout for desktop and mobile
  • Static export from Webflow to HTML/CSS/JS
  • Deploy to a serverless host (Netlify, Vercel, or Cloudflare)
  • Domain configuration support
  • Free content updates through end of year

Approach

Webflow was used for design and development because of its visual control and code quality, then the site was exported as static HTML/CSS/JS and deployed to a serverless host. The decision moved the project from a recurring-cost model to a one-time-cost model without giving up design flexibility.

  • Webflow design and development
  • Custom-coded interactions and motion
  • SEO-optimized markup and metadata
  • Static export and serverless deploy
  • Domain configuration assistance

Outcome

17Sigma launched a site with sub-second load times, no recurring platform fees, and a security surface limited to the deployment itself — no CMS, no database, no dependencies to maintain. The setup matches the practice's posture: lean, deliberate, and built to last without ongoing intervention.
